"We had a wonderful stay at the 2-bedroom flat on Gioffredo 55 in Nice. The apartment, located in a charming old building, had a lot of character and a cozy atmosphere. The interior design was an elegant balance between modern and retro, adding to the overall appeal of the space. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking, making meal preparation a breeze. The flat was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, including 2 well-maintained WCs. The balcony with a view of Gioffredo and Massena Square was gorgeous, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The location is FANTASTIC, close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great experience. "We would like to mention that the bathrooms and WC are very compact, which is typical for French accommodations in older buildings (I assume). Additionally, the key collection process might be a bit challenging for first-time users, especially if you're departing early in the morning. It involves dropping off the keys at a location separate from the apartment, and similarly, picking them up from a deposit box at the operator's office on rue de France. While I appreciate the intention behind this system for efficiency, it could be improved for convenience. Overall, these are minor points, and I understand the practicality behind the setup."

"I booked a car to pick us from the train station and the driver handed me the keys. There was no communication from the hosts at all and we only communicate with Nestor via an app. No verbal or physical communication. The apartment was clean. But the bedrooms were small. Just a queen size bed and wardrobe. Not much space to move around. We bought our own toiletries as I was fore warned by previous comments about only enough toilet paper, shampoo and body soap to last 1-2 days. The location was excellent, near the tram line and Massena Dream square."

"Excellent location right on Maseena square, close to the tram station, bus station, lots of eating places and walking distance to the beach. Excellent 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with lift and secure access using a key fob. Very clean and beautifully decorated apartment with balcony overlooking rue giofredo. Large 6kg washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron box, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, large fridge, electric stove, air conditioning. Excellent team from Nestor and Jeeves. Claude and Lisa were very kind with the instructions on how to access the apartment. The app from Nestor and Jeeves had all the appropriate detailed information on how to collect the keys and operate all the applicances. The only downside was collecting the keys from the office at 43 Rue de France, which was a bit of a 10 min walk, but not a big deal."

"Nothing really as the apartment was amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much. Just a few minor points as a feedback to Nestor and Jeeves though this does not really change the fact that this was an amazing stay: 1) Providing additional tissue paper and garbage bags would be nice if possible though not a big deal as the monop is just down the street. 2) Dropbox at the apartment would be helpful to drop the keys back instead of dropping the keys at the office at 43 Rue de France (Claude was very kind to provide an alternative solution for us regarding the drop off as we had an early morning train to catch when checking out). 3) A soap holder inside the shower would be helpful. 4) I guess beach towels would be too much to ask but would be helpful to have a few"

"The apartment was immediately adjacent to the main plaza. One tram line ran through the plaza. The other was perhaps 4 blocks away. Great view very clean, modern, and comfortable. We were high up so there was little road noise. There was a grocery store on the block around the corner. Multiple bakeries were close by. We loved it. The building is older. The apartment was fresh and contemporary. The kitchen was very well equipped including an induction cooktop. The apartment was delightful and more than met our needs."

На трамвайной остановке есть аппарат для пополнения проездной карты. За углом - Monoprix express, который работает до 23:00. В доме есть лифт. Потрясающий вид из окон. Апартаменты чистые, светлые, с кондиционером. Кухонные принадлежности в достаточном ассортименте. Много полотенцев. Приятно удивило наличие таблеток для посудомойки и стирального порошка. Балкончик очень уютный, узенький, но очень приятный для посиделок."

"Невероятно шумно. В полночь с грохотом и моргалками проезжают мусоровозы, с грохотом переворачивают мусорные баки. Часов в пять утра - с таким же шумом проезжает машина и моет улицу. С семи начинается оживление в уличных кафе - хозяева выставляют столы и стулья. Неподалёку велись строительные работы. Апартаменты на предпоследнем этаже, улицы узкие, поэтому все шумы усиливаются многократно. Это - если спать с открытыми окнами. Окна можно закрыть, включить кондиционер, шума не будет слышно совсем, изоляция хорошая, но спальни маленькие и скоро становится очень душно. В Ниццу приезжаем уже в пятый или шестой раз, жили в разных местах, более-менее в центре, шумно было всегда. Из минусов - ключи надо забирать в 700-х метрах от апартаментов и сдавать там же, причём сделать это до 10:30."

"It was easy to pick up the key. We had to split the group since we traveled with luggage. We took the tram from the airport. I got off at Alsace station and the rest of the group went to the next station. It was easy to pickup the keys but we were also after an overnight flight so pretty tired"
